The signature onboarding process developed and provided by the Quartex Customer Experience team is our means of ensuring each customer achieves a successful implementation and launches a great-looking website. The onboarding process is tailored to each customer and begins with a comprehensive questionnaire. By capturing the details around each customer's goals, timelines and project requirements, we can ensure we take a holistic, team approach to the customer's build.
As part of the onboarding process, each customer is also offered access to customized complimentary project management software, with access to a suite of tools, including chat, documentation, to-do's and a message board to ensure answers are readily provided and referenceable in future.
Training & Documentation
Quartex provides both live and virtual training scheduled at the customer's convenience. Each agenda is informed by information gathered in the onboarding process and can be delivered comprehensively or in segments.
In addition to a searchable in-platform Help Centre and on-page tips viewable through the administrative interface, each customer receives the Quartex User Manual, which illustrates various features and tasks along with step-by-step instruction.
This comprehensive manual delivers clear, expert guidance, and is available alongside a handy high-level overview outlining the key steps to migration and site design.
As the Quartex software is enhanced and upgraded, and new functionality is made live, every customer is kept updated with release notes detailing new features, enhancements and bug fixes.
Migration Assistance & Post-Build Support
Helping customers achieve a successful build and supporting them beyond launch are part and parcel of the hands-on support provided by the Quartex Customer Experience team.
For customers requiring greater assistance during their build Quartex offers a number of services to customers:
- A 20 minute creativity workshop: A member of the Quartex team will conduct a brief workshop with you and the members of your team by brainstorming solutions to a particular project obstacle you may be encountering.
- Bespoke consultations: If you have a particular objective you are looking to achieve, the Quartex team may be able to provide a unique solution, designed and built specifically for you.
- Hands-on metadata clean-up and migration assistance: The Quartex team can help you find the resources you need to get the job done to your schedule.
